How to use Above 5 Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Above 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Above 5 Tablet works
Above 5 Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

Kidney

Above 5 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Above 5 Tablet is recommended.
Liver
CAUTION
Above 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Above 5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
What if you miss a dose of Above 5 Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Above 5 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
