Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. How Aceclomax-MR Tablet works Aceclomax-MR Tablet is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement. Aceclomax-MR Tablet related warnings Alcohol UNSAFE It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aceclomax-MR Tablet Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen+Chlorzoxazone with alcohol can cause liver damage. Pregnancy CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR Aceclomax-MR Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Lactation CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR Information regarding the use of Aceclomax-MR Tablet during lactation is not available. Please consult your doctor. Driving UNSAFE Aceclomax-MR Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Kidney CAUTION Aceclomax-MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aceclomax-MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Aceclomax-MR Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver CAUTION Aceclomax-MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Aceclomax-MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
