How to use Aceflex Plus Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
How Aceflex Plus Tablet works
Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol
UNSAFE
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy

Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation

Driving
UNSAFE

Kidney
CAUTION
Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Aceflex Plus 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
